Brian Padden SEOUL— The South Korean government is taking stronger measures to contain the spread of the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) as the number of confirmed cases rose again Thursday to 35. In addition to isolating more people who may have been exposed to the disease and closing more schools, South Korea is also acting to ensure the disease does not spread north of the border.
